Returns & Refunds

Commit Goods works with open source maintainers to create made-to-order merch. Because of that, our return policy is a little different from big-box stores, but we promise to keep it fair and straightforward.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging

Because our products are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Stickers (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

  • Sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.

Please email crew@commitgoods.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer, but most refunds appear within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times can vary

  3. Contact your bank

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at shop@commitgoods.com, and we will help.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer size exchanges or swaps for different products.

If your item is defective, contact crew@commitgoods.com and we will take care of the rest.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
